SellSafe Cannabis Staff Training

Designed to help licensed retail cannabis store staff understand how to sell legal cannabis responsibly.

  • Helps staff understand what their social responsibilities are to their customers.
  • Provides information about some of Alberta's cannabis laws and AGLC's policies to help protect people working in the cannabis industry, their property, their customers, and the public from cannabis-related harms.
  • Licensed retail cannabis store staff must have SellSafe certification prior to applying to AGLC to be a Qualified Cannabis Worker.
ProServe Liquor Staff Training

Designed for all staff involved in the sale and service of liquor in a licensed premises.

  • Helps curb the problem of underage drinking, reduce alcohol over-consumption, reduce impaired driving, and reduce the risk of violence.
